Now, before we start... in previous parts, I have said "daily" rather loosely. However, eating is slightly different.
I want you to aim to do this daily.
Achieving this, you are going to feel a million times better. I promise.
Feeling like this until you are 90... watch out world. 👀
Eating! 🥗
This is probably the simplest daily habit there is. So simple we overlook it.
Avoid ultra-processed food. Yep simple.
I guarantee you can look back at your week of food and find some ultra-processed food in there. Myself included. Our goal is to cut that out as much as possible. Then cut them out completely.
For now, let me put your mind at ease by giving you some lightly processed food.
Think canned tuna, cold cut meats & cheese.
Eating stuff like this is okay... not the best. But not the worst. So for now. Leave this in the 👍 box.
Now, let me give you examples of the ultra-processed food I want you to avoid.
Crisps, cookies, ice creams, cereals, chicken nuggets, and even some ready-made meals. 🍔
These foods go through multiple processes (extrusion, molding, milling, etc.), contain many added ingredients, and are highly manipulated.
Your daily practice is to avoid these. Simple. 🤙
Now we live in Finland. We love the summer. We love the summer ice cream. I don't want to be the person who deprives you of this. So instead, try to get your hands on fresh sorbets, or even make some yourself.
Maybe if we ask the average chef nicely... he can make a recipe? 🤷♂️
