We LOVE group training. It's awesome! Especially when the group is small enough to get real coaching, and supportive community around us. 

That being said, even we think there is one big downside to group training. Even we CAN make many class modifications, we CAN'T program for all the individual needs of the participants.

"Big thumbs up to Coach Jaakko's PT sessions. We started by establishing my goals for training (back squat). In our first session we scanned my movement patterns, and Jaakko created a training program for me, which also included accessory work for my weak hip internal rotation. Jaakko polished my squatting technique, and also found my "weak spot". After that we started to work on my weaknesses together, and the results started to improve!"
