Group classes are the foundation of Kruunisactive. In group classes, you get to practice the foundation of your physical health:

WOD
Classic "Cross-training" style workout. The classes often follow a format: Warm up, strength and metcon. With kettlebells!

DROP-OFF WOD

Perfect for busy mums and dads! Drop your kid off at daycare and train. Home to shower and be present at your first work meeting at 9.00. This training will be bodyweight only.

STRENGTH & SKILL

Beginner friendly class with a focus on technique and strength training. The simple goal is to teach our bodies how to move. Perfect class to start!

FAMILY WOD

Come and train with your child (2-5 yrs). Learn basic movement patterns and balance, that will help you and your little one later in life & most importantly..have fun!
