TRAINING

We build a strong everyday life through small group training sessions with a maximum of 8 people.
In each session, the coach’s role is to help you understand how your body moves safely and how movement supports your overall wellbeing.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
WOD
Classic "Cross-training" style workout. The classes often follow a format: Warm up, strength and metcon.
HYROX
In our HYROX classes we combine running with functional exercises e.g. rowing, wall balls, lunges, burpees, farmer's carry and sled push/pull. Perfect training for those who love long workouts!

STRENGTH
Beginner friendly class with a focus on technique and strength training. The simple goal is to teach our bodies how to move. Perfect class to start!​​

WEIGHTLIFTING
Learn the basic weightlifting movements (Snatch, Clean & Jerk). This class has a strong focus on technique and it is very beginner's friendly.
FAMILY WOD
For kids (aged 3-5 yrs). Your child will learn basic movement patterns and balance, that will help you and your little one later in life & most importantly..have fun! Parent/guardian present at the session.​​
