As an official HYROX Training Club, we offer HYROX classes 3 days a week at our Container Gym in Kruunuvuorenranta In addition to HYROX, we also offer weightlifting, WOD, and strength classes.

What are our HYROX classes like?

In the programming of our HYROX classes, we utilize various formats and structures, which are introduced in more detail below. All classes are listed in our weekly schedule under the name “HYROX”, but their specific content may vary!

HYROX Foundational:

The HYROX Foundational workout is a fairly straightforward class that resembles traditional circuit training. The goal of the class is to build baseline fitness: strength, endurance, aerobic capacity, agility, and skills.

HYROX Engine:

The HYROX Engine workout improves endurance, aerobic capacity, and lactic acid tolerance. The class includes interval training, combined movement patterns, and running sprints to help improve speed, VO2 max, and stamina. When our HYROX classes feature Engine programming, it is especially well-suited for strong athletes looking to build their aerobic fitness.

HYROX Strength & Power:

Muscular strength and muscular endurance are key things in a HYROX race. You need a lot of muscular strength to move load over time – and to do so while fatigued. If your goal is to build muscle mass and strength, the Strength & Power class programming is the best fit for you.
