Month 1 - Move Correctly and Muscle Endurance

Month 2 - Strength Foundation

Month 3 - True Daddy Strength


This Program includes:

- 3 month strength program to be completed at the gym.

- Designed for 3-4 training sessions per week, 45min/session.

- Area of focus for each training session ( e.g. Upper body push & pull, legs, hips, shoulders, T-spine).

- "Daddy Tips" to implement to your daily routines.

- Link on each movement to a Youtube video about correct technique.
