Our members tell us some pretty awesome stuff. We wanted to start sharing it.


Hey Fam,


Summer is coming. We are excited for it, and so are our members. In our preparation for summer, we asked our members for some feedback. 


The members had some cool stuff to say, and we wanted to share some of these thoughts in a weekly newsletter series on the run-up to summer.


So welcome to the new series… (drum roll) 🥁


Cool stuff our members have said! - Part 1.


Member's comment: “I really like all of it (the trainings). I can do everything much better than I would on my own”.

 

Here’s the breakdown:

There are Max 8 people in a class at Kruunisactive. This means you get seen and heard. We are 99% sure this member was referring to movements like a deadlift and squat. Sure, you can do these movements by yourself in a gym.


However, in small group classes, you get the benefit of our coaches walking around. Talking to you about the movement and making fixes for the movement based on you as an individual.


Or even encouragement that you are doing it correctly! 👏

Allowing you to progress faster and further than you might have imagined. 


You dont always get that in the gym by yourself. 🤔
