Did you know we offer quarterly goal-setting sessions for all of our members?
It's a time to sit down with a coach and discuss things in detail. We want to understand what you really want to get out of the kruunisactive trainings. And most importantly, how we can help you achieve that.
With these sessions going on over the next 2 weeks for our members, I thought I would touch on the subject of goals.
Plus, give our non-members the time to set their goals. 💪
Sometimes it is easy to get caught up in the goal only. We set it and just focus on that end result. If we achieve it... awesome. If we don't... You feel pretty bad.
Instead, I want you to set the goal. Then turn your focus on the process to reach that goal.
E.g.
Goal: Run a Marathon.
Process: Following a program with strength, interval runs, longer runs, and nutrition/recovery practices. 🙏
Focusing on the process is often the better goal.
Deep down, all we want is to be the person that we want to be. And the goal is just the result that the "person" can easily achieve.
"I want to be Henry 2.0, who can get 4 focused training sessions in a week, still spend time with the family, and eat like a champion."
Now, thinking this way sounds like a lot of effort.
Running a marathon is a lot of effort too. 😅
However, you will have long-lasting results because of it.
You will have changed your habits to be the 2.0 version of yourself.
You are happier, have more energy, better parent and partner.
And yes, you would have a marathon medal around your neck.
You've smashed it. 💪
