Before we start… I say daily here rather loosely. Shit happens and you have to adapted daily. So you don’t need to do each of these EVERY SINGLE DAY for the rest of your life.
Just do them as much as possible and make the conscious choice about doing them. Do that, and you will be a 90-year-old badass. 😎

In the movement category. There are 3 major areas I want to focus on.
Move, Resistance & Breathing.
Move. 🤸
When I say move, I am talking about moving through a full range of motion.
These days, hips and shoulders are the most common issue here… work on them.
Think of a baby. Think about how mobile they are. Extremely! Even an Olympic gymnast can’t do what my daughter can do with her legs. It's insane. 😂
Over time, this gets less and less if we don’t work on it. Now, fast forward to a 40-year-old who is starting to feel that hunched-over feeling. That’s because they haven’t worked on their range of motion. Now think about what will happen when you are 80…

Resistance. 🏋️♂️
Remember we want to kick ass until we are 90. So we need our joints and bone destiny to be the best it can be. This will help support our body and move freely.
Moving extra weight and building strength is going to help MASSIVELY with this.
I'm not talking about 1 rep maxes here. Or becoming a national powerlifter. I'm talking about picking up a 10kg dumbbell and being able to press it. Swing it, squat it, deadlift it, you name it!
Now the hard part with this is as we get old, it gets hard to build muscle. So Start ASAP. 🙏
Breating. 🫁
Think "getting out of breath here".
Working on your respiratory system is fairly obvious. In the same way, we need to put our muscles under stress to build them back stronger. It’s the same with our respiratory system.
We need to be able to do this in multiple ways.
Fast intervals, long endurance, and everything in between.
The last thing you want when you are 90 running to the hover bus 100m away. Missing it and not being able to walk to the shop 2km away because you are exhausted.
So, I said at the beginning, "Just do them (the daily practices) as much as possible and make the conscious choice about doing them."
