What is Kruunisactive Kipping Workshop?
We will go through what is need to start preforming kipping pull ups and toes to bar. From Mobility, strength, and technique. We will cover it.
Come have fun with Gymnastics. 
 
The Workshop will be hosted in English.

Wed 22.07 18.00-19.00 at Saaristolaivastonkatu 2.
Max 10 participants.
