We offer indoor and outdoor Cross-training in Kruunuvuorenranta for busy people living their hectic lives. All you need to do is to #JUSTSHOWUP.
The focus of the classes will be on functional-, strength- & Cross-training.
We keep our group size small (max 10 people) to ensure quality & safe movements with personal coaching.
