Our small-group sessions (max 8) focus on functional strength and Cross-training, with personalised coaching to keep your movement safe, effective, and fun.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience.
No prior knowledge of strength or Cross-training is needed — our coaches will guide and demonstrate every movement. We also warmly welcome those returning to training after a long break, with a focus on safety.

WHY DID WE OPEN A CONTAINER GYM?
Kruunisactive exists because we believe that wellbeing and a strong everyday life belong to everyone – even when life is busy or challenging.
In today’s world, the first thing we cut, is often the time we’ve set aside for ourselves: when work piles up or a child gets sick, personal wellbeing is the first to fall off the calendar.
We’re here to counter that. We plan everything for you – your only job is to show up.
We know that a big part of "showing up" is knowing the people you train with. The more we are part of each other's lives, the more meaningful training becomes as part of everyday life.
Our new location not only helps us as coaches to create even better workouts – it also gives us a space where we can all come together more often.
Just show up – we (the whole community, that is) will take care of the rest.
