This one is for all the Mums out there who like to train alone, and want to have a clear structure to their strength training sessions at the gym. The program is best for women in their postpartum journey, when they have been cleared from their doctor to start strength training.


Kruunisactive Mommy Strength program follows the format:

Month 1 - Core, Pelvic Floor & Hips

Month 2 - Strength Foundation

Month 3 - True Mommy Strength


This Program includes:

- 3 month strength program to be completed at the gym.

- Designed for 3-4 training sessions per week, 45min/session.

- Area of focus for each training session ( e.g. Core & breathing, pelvic floor, upper body push & pull, legs, hips).

- "Mommy Tips" to implement to your daily routines.

- Link on each movement to a Youtube video about correct technique.
