Conditioning: In this class you will be working out for the 25-40minute range. With a good warm-up and prep work beforehand. Winter rules in a nutshell: Minimum 2/8 people in a class. Class canceled 45 minutes before start if 1/8 people. No cancellation 45 mins before the class. We are committed to being there with you 💪
